We hosted the leaders of the Ukrainian blind association - December 2022.

An exceptional Ukrainian couple (Igor and Miroslava Melnicsuk) stayed at our house for several days this previous week. In our previous letters, we mentioned that there is a very similar organization to Bartimeus in Ukraine, which serves towards the blind. Igor is the leader of this mission. We spent a great time together. We were able to encourage and pray for one another. We communicated through google translate and sometimes we called a friend who is also blind and spoke Ukrainian and Hungarian. 

We have been able to visit the Ukrainian church planting where Igor was able to encourage Ukrainian refugees who are in Budapest.
Due to the generosity of our supporters, we had the opportunity to donate an electric generator - which is essential in an area without electricity -, as well as non-perishable food and audiobibles in Ukrainian language.
